ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR

SEI provides effective and efficient particulate control with new, upgraded or rebuilt electrostatic precipitators. We can provide every service from engineering a totally new turnkey unit to providing the smallest replacement part. SEI provides inspections, upgrades, repairs and maintenance on virtually every type of electrostatic precipitator system.

WET ESP

SEI’s Membrane Wet ESP is unique, offering significant technical advantages. The polypropylene fabric collecting electrodes are cleaned continuously, reducing frequency of flushing and down time. This design will save time and money over other Wet ESP systems.

Baghouse

SEI baghouses are designed to be more than just a particulate collection device. With more than 25 years of baghouse design and supply experience, these systems incorporate the removal of particulate, acid gases, mercury and other toxins.

Mechanical contractor

SEI is well suited to build your next project. Our mechanical contracting experience covers a wide range of complex projects including: industrial buildings, machine rooms, air and water pollution control systems, material handling systems, fans, dampers and expansion joints, silos and stacks, wood yard projects and access including platforms and gates, as well as catalyst and air pre-heater basket change outs.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

50 years installing and replacing pollution control equipment has given us the experience and know-how to be your go-to organization for your construction needs. Whether it be installing our own system or someone else’s - we can help. SEI specializes in Design Build, EPC and General Contracting within the energy, pulp, paper, refining and other industrial facilities.

DUCT CAPABILITIES

SEI has been designing ductwork for more than thirty years. Nearly every one of our projects has plenum or ductwork modifications included as part of the scope. Since we always include physical airflow and CFD modeling as part of our electrostatic precipitator and baghouse designs, it is easy to also include duct modifications in the model study. If we are designing stiffening requirements for existing equipment, we can easily add the duct to that study as well. SEI routinely includes structural support steel and foundations for ductwork in its scope of supply.
